Lava Hot Yoga is a practice performed in a set order, with invigorating music, in a room heated to around 99 degrees. This class will work the entire body, toning your muscles, promoting weight loss, reducing stress and increasing your overall vitality. By incorporating strength, balance and flexibility, Lava Yoga stimulates the mind and restores the body. Class length is 75 minutes.
Lava Warm Yoga will take basic yoga postures and make it flow! This is fun and energetic yoga practice, with the room heated to 80 degrees, allowing your muscles to stretch deeper and prevent injuries. This class is designed to reduce stress, increase flexibility and balance. All levels-Beginners Welcome! Class length is 60 minutes.
Power Yoga is a challenging (no heat) flow class with strong core work, inversions, arm balances and more advanced poses are integrated into each class, followed by deep relaxation. Open to all levels, no experience necessary.
